While guests are welcome at every rehearsal, our semi-annual Guest Night gives us the opportunity to offer a special welcome to all the men who are curious about the SeaChordsmen and barbershop singing. You can check in at the main church lobby from 7:00 to 7:30 PM. By 7:30 PM, you will join all the SeaChordsmen in warm-up exercises, vocal instruction, and live practice of songs that are being introduced into our repertoire. There will be "buddies" to work with you throughout the evening, to assist with where to stand, how to find the right music, answer your questions, and, in general, to make you feel comfortable. No singing experience is necessary!! Many of our members don't read music, but they still enjoy singing and entertaining in our performances. Come and give us a chance to share with you why we love doing this.
